Disrespecting the sacredness of religious places

 

The ongoing assaults on Al-Aqsa Mosque, worshippers, guards, and civilians along with the repeated desecration and destruction of its property reflect a blatant disregard for the sanctity of religious sites.
Disrespecting the sacredness of religious places and the diversity of faiths will ultimately lead to deep segregation and internal conflict among citizens.

This is a clear example of the lack of respect for religious freedom a fundamental human right that encompasses both spiritual and psychological well-being.

Places of worship must be safeguarded and provided with the

proper conditions for safe and free religious practice
