Israel’s interception of the Boats of Steadfastness

and the detention of international activists and solidarity members on board, despite their humanitarian mission to deliver aid to Gaza, constitutes a grave violation of international humanitarian law and a clear breach of the freedom of humanitarian action

All detainees must be released immediately, and their humanitarian

mission must continue without obstruction
