International Maritime Law and the Protection of Humanitarian Work

A legal analysis of Israel’s interception of the “Steadfastness Fleet” and the arrest of its activists in international waters.

With the participation of a distinguished group of international academics and legal experts, the seminar will shed light on the legal dimensions of intercepting civilian vessels in international waters, and on mechanisms for protecting humanitarian work under the rules of international maritime and humanitarian law
