Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission in the Occupied Land: Since October 7, 2023: Over 62,000 Israeli Violations in the West Bank and Jerusalem Turning Displacement into a Mechanism to Reshape Geography and Impose Annexation The occupation's measures have not been confined to field attacks; they have extended across an extensive framework of legislation and administrative orders that fundamentally alter the legal and administrative status of Palestinian land, broadening control mechanisms over it.

October 4, 2026 The Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission: Since October 7, 2023, Israeli occupation forces and settlers have carried out a total of 62,916 violations targeting Palestinian citizens, their lands, and their properties across the West Bank, including Jerusalem: • 48,174 attacks perpetrated by the Israeli military. • 14,742 attacks perpetrated by settlers. Hebron topped the governorates with 10,840 recorded violations, followed by Ramallah and alBireh with 10,594, Nablus with 10,261, and Jerusalem with 7,315. This grim toll highlights the expanding offensive against Palestinian presence in the West Bank, unfolding alongside the war of extermination on the Gaza Strip.

Military force actively shields settler expansion, while demolitions, land confiscations, road closures, and assaults on livelihoods systematically erode the population's ability to remain steadfast on their land— turning forced displacement into an instrument to reshape geographic reality and impose de facto annexation. These occupation measures have extended far beyond field violence into a comprehensive matrix of laws and regulatory orders.

These actions have reshaped the legal and administrative status of Palestinian territories, expanded enforcement mechanisms, and enabled settlers to transform illicit attacks into permanent facts on the ground—subsidized, serviced, and protected by occupation state institutions. Coupled with confiscation, colonial expansion, and displacement, this integrated strategy dismantles Palestinian territorial integrity, subjects the land to the logic of annexation, and transforms settlement enterprise into official state policy executed through legislation, urban planning, administrative bodies, and military force.
